We are extremely delighted that you have chosen Simply Anna's to custom design your Prom attire. Having your garment(s) custom made is perhaps a daunting task that accompanies anxiety, stress and expenses. Here, we, at Simply Anna's would like to put your emotions at ease. Our friendly professional staff and I have been custom designing clothing for the past 20 plus years. We offer a creative, fun and friendly environment to ensure we meet your expectations during your consultation process.
In accepting your order request, please know we have thoroughly considered the processes completely and understand that it is a great responsibility. From the price, turn around time, your desired design, custom measurements, fabric selection, fittings, etc. Attention to detail is apart of our brand. Once your order is submitted, we ask that you TRUST us and RELAX.

PROM FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. How much are your custom design gowns, suits and blazers:
A. Our custom prom gowns start at $950.00 and up
A. Our custom design suits/tux $800 and up
A. Our custom design blazers $375 and up
A. Additional prices will apply for size, leather, feather, and furs. Based upon when your prom date is.
A. Additional prices will be applied for rhinestones, swarovski crystal and special beading
Q. Do you ship out of state?
A. Yes, we ship out of state. We will need a photo ID of you-license
Q. How do I reserve my spot for Prom?
A. Space is limited. (serious inquires ONLY)
Please be advised that your SECURE MY SPOT-CONSULTATION FEE is NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you would like to have a custom prom outfit made, you will need to submit a $100.00 secure my spot for consultation fee. This does not go toward the price of your garment. In addition the fee will ensure that we have accepted your spot for Prom and consultation.
You will need to book your spot if you are or not a resident of Valdosta, Georgia.

If you are unable to come in for measurements, you will need to have professional measurement done at your local seamstress or bridal shop. In addition, please submit a full body picture wearing fitted clothing so we can see your silhouette. Include your general dress size (0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 etc). If you are local call us for an appointment 229-630-3266 Tuesday-Friday, 12-7 pm. We will only respond during these hours listed. Please attach pictures and detailed descriptions of the your desired custom design.
After your deposit spot-consultation fee has been submitted, please submit ONLY (2) desired looks of your choice. Front and back if possible for a brief discussion via email simplyannas50@gmail.com. This is providing you have a desired idea of what you are wanting. A price range will be given to you at that time to avoid unnecessary surprises. If you are unsure of what you are wanting, it's Ok. We will discuss your desires during your scheduled appointment time. Once you have submitted your secure my spot fee, we will contact you for an appointment.
Once your fee/appointment has been booked the process starts.
If you are under the age of 18 you will need to be accompanied by an adult.
Prom is a very special occasion for family and friends. We know that everyone wants to participate during this process. However, you are ONLY allowed two guest to accompany you. No children are allowed during these processes please. Space is limited. If you should arrive with an entourage, a $25 fees will be applied per person over the limit.
When you arrive for your appointment the remainder of your half down deposit is due. Your secure deposit fee will be subtracted from your total balance. Please be prepared to spend at least 1 hour to discuss the detail of your project. This will include:
*garment design
*sketching
*measurements (please wear fitted clothing and heels)
*fabric 1st and 2nd choice. (once this is completed, changes cannot be made)
*financial obligation
Q. IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN?
A. You will be responsible for 60% deposit up front . Monthly payments will be set up prior to the completion of your gown. Once the garment is completed, the final payment must be paid in order to obtain your garment.
Q. Will my garment look exactly like a picture I present?
A. We Do Not Duplicate other designer's work in its entirety. It will be done with slight modifications. During your consultation, we will let you know if your garment will require changes to accommodate your silhouette. Other deciding factors may alter the final garment such fabric availability etc.
Q. CAN I JUST TEXT OR CALL YOU
A. Once you have become a client for Prom we will start a dialogue.
Q. DO I PROVIDE MY OWN FABRIC?
A. No, you do not. We provide the fabric which is included in the price.
Q. CAN I REQUEST AN ORDER FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
A. No, each client is handled on an individual bases and must be responsible for their own order. Each person must book separate consultations
Q. Can I change my order? NO
We cannot allow orders to be changed once they have been submitted. Once we receive your order, the process beings.
Q. I'm on a budget, but would love for Simply Anna's to design my gown, but at a cheaper price, is that possible?
A. Unfortunately not. We understand that times are tough for everyone. The combined labor hours and cost that it requires in completing the garment will not allow us to cut our prices. We thrive on excellence and great quality when producing our garments for our clients.
Q. Will my design be showcased or duplicated? YES
A. Your pictures will be showcased on our website and all of Simply Anna's social media accounts for our portfolio. We specialize in uniqueness and one of a kind custom designs. We always encourage our client s to change the color or some features of our previous work to make uniquely theirs.
Q. What if I lose weight, can my garment be altered to fit me?
A. Yes, we allow extra seam allowance for both females and male clients while your garment is being processed. If the process is completed and you have gained weight, additional fee will be applied and must be paid in full prior to picking up your garment
Q. How many times will we meet and how many fittings will I have?
A. If you are located in or near the city, you will have (2) fittings. The initial meeting will be to take your measurement, fabric discussion and conduct the business/financial obligation. The final fitting will be to ensure you have a perfect fit. If the garment requires alterations, you will be given another fitting.
B. If you are located out of state and would love to travel for your fitting, we would be ecstatic and look forward in meeting you. However, this expense will be your responsibility. So it is imperative that you have your measurements taken by a professional to ensure your gown fits beautifully.
Q. If I'm not a client, can I call/message you to discuss prom ideas? NO
A. All inquires will have to be booked for a $25 consultation fee.

CALLING, FACEBOOK MESSAGING AND TEXTING:
We love your enthusiasm, but please know, that this is not necessary to contact us daily or stop into the boutique until your design is completed. This process requires a lot of attention detail etc., so we will do our best to contact you periodically with updates.
We accept a lot of orders. All of our clients are important to us, so we ask that you would be patient and trust us.
Release Forms:
A final picture of you will be taken in addition to a video recording will be made during the process. All release forms must be signed upon receiving your completed garment. Once the release form has been signed and you are satisfied with our services, Simply Anna or Anna Battle are NO LONGER OBLIGATED to the process
Q. Do we welcome photographs of your final look?
A. Yes!!!!! When you are 100% satisfied, we are as well. We welcome pictures and videos of your completed look for your special day.
Prom Facts:
Once you are satisfied and all obligations are completed, you are allowed to take your garment with you. Once you leave with your garment, it is solely your property. We will not be liable for any damages to the gown once it leaves our facility.
